About McLeuker
McLeuker is a Paris-based fashion consultancy helping fashion brands transition to circular and sustainable practices. Their mission is to reduce waste, increase revenue, and improve brand reputations in the fashion industry.
The Problem
McLeuker wanted to boost its visibility and attract more clients, particularly in the US and EU markets. Their goal was to grow their email list, schedule consultations with key decision-makers like CEOs and sustainability managers, and establish themselves as leaders in sustainable fashion.

Created a newsletter calendar and scheduled campaigns via Mailchimp.
Sent newsletters featuring content like "Fashion Sustainability Playbook 2025," tips on eco-design, and market insights tailored to EU and Asian markets.
Social Media Content
Developed LinkedIn posts highlighting reports like the "Fashion Sustainability Playbook 2025," insights into the Chinese fashion market, and eco-design principles.
Planned a consistent posting schedule to engage decision-makers and industry professionals.
Localized Market Strategies
Focused on promoting McLeuker’s expertise in markets like China by emphasizing trends such as Digital Product Passports and sustainable consumer behavior.
Automated Campaigns
Set up automated email campaigns to nurture leads and guide them toward booking consultations.
Results
Email List Growth: Grew their email list from 10 to almost 500 subscribers.
Consultations Booked: Secured 11 consultations with potential clients.
