Introduction

McLeuker faced the challenge of increasing visibility and attracting clients in the US and EU markets. Their goals included:

  • Growing their email list.

  • Scheduling consultations with brand owners and sustainability managers.

  • Establishing thought leadership in sustainable fashion.

My mission was to help McLeuker achieve these goals by enhancing their digital marketing strategy and outreach.


The Problem

The primary challenges McLeuker faced were:

  • Limited email list and low subscriber engagement.

  • Minimal visibility among key decision-makers in their target markets.

  • Lack of an optimized advertising strategy to attract relevant B2B leads.


The Solution

  • Created a newsletter calendar and scheduled campaigns via Mailchimp.

  • Delivered content like the "Fashion Sustainability Playbook 2025," eco-design tips, and market insights tailored to EU and Asian markets.


Localized Market Strategies:

  • Focused on trends such as Digital Product Passports and sustainable consumer behavior in markets like China, showcasing McLeuker’s expertise.


Automated Campaigns:

  • Set up automated email campaigns to nurture leads and guide them toward booking consultations.


Google Ads Campaign:

  • Launched a targeted B2B ad campaign via Google Ads to attract fashion brands actively seeking sustainability consultancy.

  • Optimized for lead generation by using high-intent keywords such as "sustainable fashion consultancy" and "sustainable fashion consulting services."

  • Implemented audience targeting to reach sustainability managers, brand executives, and fashion business owners.

  • Managed a budget of €120 per month, focusing on cost-effective lead generation.


The Results

  • Email List Growth: Increased subscribers from 10 to nearly 500 in just 3 months.

  • Consultations Booked: Secured 3 consultations with potential clients.

  • LinkedIn Engagement: Boosted visibility among key decision-makers, enhancing brand awareness.

  • Google Ads Impact: Achieved an estimated 3,500 impressions per month, generating around 12 qualified leads, with some contributing to consultation bookings.

Through a combination of strategic content, email automation, and targeted advertising, McLeuker successfully expanded its reach and engaged with fashion brands looking to transition to sustainable practices.
